Civic Pride Team

This team coordinates our Civic Pride Campaign. It’s all about building community through hands-on work. We gather for clean-ups, storytelling, and more. It’s a commitment to celebrating the best our community has to offer, while doing our part to take action where it’s needed.
Meeting: First Tuesday @ 5pm
Events Team

This team helps to organize our First Friday Street Fairs and the Allen County Farmers Market. They wrangle vendors, plan activities and entertainment, and coordinate the chaos of (36) community events each year. There’s a lot of dreaming and scheming - and it comes with a lanyard and walkie-talkie!

Fundraising Team

This team oversees our fundraising efforts, including the annual Main Street Ball. What we get, we give - in the form of small business support, community donations, and revitalization initiatives. This team is all about the ask - building partnerships and relationships so we can continue the work we’ve been called to do.

Board of Directors

We’re not your typical Board of Directors. Our passion for community drives everything we do. We work hard, and we have a lot of fun doing it! We’re a motley crew of small business owners, local professionals, nonprofit workers, and folks who just love this town. We love doing impossible things together!
