We're proud to announce the return of a beloved local tradition!
Invasion of the Scarecrows kicks off October 1st in Historic Downtown Scottsville and continues through Halloween.
Join the fun by visiting the Scottsville square and posting your favorite displays to social media.
To join the contest:
Applications are due by September 23rd. Once you apply, we’ll contact you to schedule a setup appointment during the week of September 23-28.
We want to be sure all displays are in place before the Fall Main Street Conference visitors arrive the following week.
Awards are given for: Cutest Display, Most Creative, Best Photo Op, Funniest Display, Scariest Display, and Best in Show. Winners will be announced November 1st during our First Friday Street Fair.
