The Work Behind the Welcome

A lively downtown does not happen by accident. As a nationally accredited Main Street America program, Heart of Scottsville works behind the scenes and out in the open to support local businesses, care for historic places, bring people together, and keep downtown Scottsville strong.

Nationally Accredited. Locally Powered.

Heart of Scottsville is part of a proven national model for preservation-based economic development. Accreditation means our work is planned, measured, locally led, and aligned with Main Street standards.

The Fieldstore

A small shop on the Square filled with Kentucky-inspired goods, hometown keepsakes, thoughtful gifts, and pieces that carry a sense of place. Every purchase supports the work of Heart of Scottsville downtown.

Support Downtown

Your gift helps pay for the work people see (events, flowers, signs, public projects) and the work they do not always see: planning, permits, grant writing, merchant support, insurance, volunteer coordination, marketing, and long-term downtown strategy.
