Welcome!

We host (9) First Friday Street Fairs and (27) Farmers Market events each year. That makes for an exciting and busy season here in historic Scottsville, Kentucky!

We’re always on the look-out for great talent for our events.

Please read all the information below before you submit your application. If approved as a vendor, you’ll receive a welcome packet with event details and a link to purchase booth space at our events.

We love entrepreneurs & small businesses!

About our events: Our outdoor events feature local vendors showcasing handcrafted goods, vintage finds, boutique items and lifestyle goods. It’s pretty much the best of the best small business shopping in one place!

You may have a few “new mass produced” items in your booth, but the majority of merchandise for sale must be handcrafted, vintage, boutique items, or locally made.

Our Kentucky Proud Farmers Market features locally grown produce and value-added products, as well as artisan and handmade specialty items.

We also feature food trucks and local food vendors for all events.

Not all applications will be accepted. (No direct sales (MLM) businesses permitted at this time.)

Booth Spaces: We have a variety of outdoor booth spaces available. Booths come unfurnished. It is your responsibility to bring all tables and displays needed for your products. You must fit yourself and any helpers within your booth footprint.

First Fridays Fee Schedule:

  • Food Truck ($75/event)

  • Single Booth ($35/event) - 10’x10’

  • Double Booth ($50/event) - 10’x20’

Farmers Market Fee Schedule:

  • Single Booth ($10/event) - 10’x10’

  • Double Booth ($15/event) - 10’x20’

  • Food Truck ($75/event)

If you have a food cart or booth that will fit in a single or double booth space, you are not required to register as a food truck.

Insurance is required: Each vendor must obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space. COI must be received within 21 days of your application acceptance to secure any booth space.

One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing homeowners or business insurance policy. Heart of Scottsville, Inc is not responsible for any damage and/or injury that takes place within your booth.

Electricity is available: You may access electricity via outlets on the lamp posts located throughout the district. You are responsible to bring your own extension cords and any materials required for securing cords to the ground to avoid potential trip hazards.

Booth payment: Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to purchase booth space at our events. Payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the date of the event. All booth fees benefit Heart of Scottsville Inc, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Event Set Up and Breakdown: Access to set up your booth will be granted one hour prior to any event, and breakdown must be complete within one hour of the close of the event. Vendors may NOT start breaking down their booth prior to the close of any market or event.
